Qualify leads by understanding their business needs, challenges, and decision-making processes.
Schedule meetings or hand off qualified leads to the Business Manager or sales team for further engagement.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, leads, and opportunities in the CRM system.
Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and reports for client engagements and business presentations.
Collaborate with the Business Manager to provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams.
Support the Business Manager in identifying market trends, researching competitors, and developing strategic plans for business growth.
Requirements
Work experience: Previous experience in business development, sales, or customer relations is an advantage.
Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade clients.
Resilience: A positive, goal-oriented attitude with the ability to overcome challenges and adapt to feedback.
Tech-savvy: Familiarity with CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools.
Organizational skills: Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
Customer-focused: Ability to build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Languages: Fluent in German; additional languages are a plus.
