Prepare and oversee annual district business plans, including key business drivers, sales forecasts, and promotional budgets.
Assist Sales Representatives in creating and monitoring annual territory business plans to ensure alignment with district goals.
Lead and coach Sales Representatives to achieve their sales targets through motivational techniques and regular touchpoints.
Establish open and consistent communication channels with Sales Representatives, sharing competitive insights, coaching tips, and best practices.
Organise and conduct motivational District Meetings bi-annually or as needed.
Collaborate with the Director of Sales, other District Business Managers, and cross-functional partners to coordinate activities and share information.
Represent the company at conferences, symposiums, and lectures.
Requirements
A university degree in science, business, or a related field.
5–10 years of experience in pharmaceutical or medical sales (medical device experience is acceptable).
2–3 years of people management/leadership experience.
A proven track record of sales success and the ability to manage change.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and relationships across functions.
Availability to travel at minimum of 30% of the time.
