You conceptualize and develop comprehensive performance marketing strategies for fast-growing B2C and B2B companies — with a focus on Meta and TikTok Ads.
You are deeply data-driven: you produce weekly reports, analyze relevant KPIs, and optimize accounts based on those insights.
You collaborate closely with our Creative team when producing new creatives, UGC content, or landing pages.
In weekly client calls you present current data, derive actionable recommendations, and implement them.
You develop clients’ strategies further and leverage internal resources to do so.
Requirements
You have at least 3–5 years of professional experience in Paid Social Ads, ideally in an agency environment.
You bring a holistic understanding of performance marketing and KPIs, with expert-level knowledge of Paid Social.
You are strong in client communication, show empathy, and have a quick grasp of new information.
You demonstrate excellent self-organization and initiative, and can independently manage complex projects and deliver results.
You have experience leading and mentoring team members.
You have deep knowledge of tracking and attribution.
