About this role
Role Overview
- Lead a small team.
- Oversee the full CRM setup using Klaviyo, Shopify, postcard (direct mail) and WhatsApp marketing.
- Create and optimize newsletter campaigns.
- Expand and implement automations.
- Set up and analyze A/B tests.
- Drive the strategic development of the CRM.
- Serve as an Account Manager for clients.
Requirements
- Experience managing e-commerce clients.
- Experience leading a team.
- Experience with newsletter tools such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Brevo, Omnisend or ActiveCampaign.
- Experience in data analytics.
- Prior experience either as an account manager on the agency side or as a CRM lead on the client side.
