About this role
Role Overview
- Design complete IT solutions, including sizing and cost estimation, in partnership with the Solutions Architecture team.
- Lead the collection and analysis of business and system requirements, ensuring alignment between client needs and technological solutions.
- Address technical inquiries related to IT, supporting internal and external stakeholders.
- Act as the IT focal point for topics related to Infrastructure, Networks, Telephony, Systems, and Access.
- Support presentations, workshops, and technical discussions, contributing to the definition of efficient, standardized, and cost-effective solutions.
- Actively collaborate on standardizing IT solutions in alignment with global models and corporate best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- Advanced English (reading, writing, and speaking).
- Previous experience in IT administrative routines or similar roles.
- Broad IT knowledge with a good understanding of infrastructure environments and applications.
- Knowledge of process automation.
- Ability to organize work, manage multiple projects, and communicate clearly and effectively.
