Lead GIS Solutions Architect

Role Overview

• Architect, develop, and maintain enterprise-scale geospatial and data-driven applications
• Provide guidance and training to GIS staff on GIS best practices and software utilization
• Collaborate with various teams to provide GIS-driven insights for market reports and client presentations
• Design and administer ArcGIS Enterprise deployments
• Monitor performance, availability, and security using Azure Monitor

Requirements

• Expert-level proficiency with ESRI ArcGIS software suite, including ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, and ArcGIS Enterprise
• Extensive knowledge of the Microsoft suite including Teams and SharePoint
• Strong SQL skills (PostgreSQL, SQL Server)
• Proficiency in data manipulation and scripting, preferably using Python
• Experience with cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Strong communication skills to present technical information clearly to non-technical audiences
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
