You advise and support our public sector clients in the introduction and further development of our LuGM module landscape
You work independently and take full responsibility for a fixed set of clients – from implementation to optimization
You analyze existing processes and develop tailored solution concepts for municipal property and facility management
You conduct workshops, training sessions and presentations for users and project stakeholders
You support the integration of our solution into financial systems or its use as a standalone system
You work closely with our development and support teams to continuously improve LuGM
Requirements
You have a degree or training in Public Management, Administrative IT, Business Administration or a comparable qualification – or you convince as a motivated career changer with a hands‑on mentality and strong willingness to learn
You bring experience with CAFM systems or municipal administrative processes, ideally with Axians Infoma
You enjoy consulting, customer contact and collaborative problem solving
You are passionate about new technologies, digitalization and process management
You have initial project experience or want to develop further in this field
You work in a structured, reliable manner and enjoy working in a dynamic environment
You have excellent written and spoken German skills
You are willing to travel regionally
