Professional and substantive organization, conception and planning of events, meetings, conferences and functions (MICE) for up to 500 guests
Primary point of contact for our clients
Conducting sales meetings, site tours and handling complaint management
Performing administrative tasks such as maintaining the internal database and preparing reports
Independently monitoring key financial metrics
Creative and independent planning of Kameha events
Evaluation and follow-up of events
Close collaboration with team leadership and the Convention Sales team

Completed vocational training in hospitality, gastronomy, tourism or the events industry
At least two years of relevant professional experience in a comparable position
Strong affinity for upscale hospitality, distinctive gastronomy and complex, high-profile events
Strong customer orientation demonstrated by a confident, open and highly communicative demeanor
Ability to represent the hotel with a positive professional appearance
A hands-on mentality, the ability to stay calm under pressure and a good sense of humor
Team player with flexibility
Excellent German and English language skills
