Analyze network performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data models to support decision-making
Provide complete analyses and actionable insights to Sales and Account Management teams to support client strategies and business growth
Utilize Microsoft Excel and Access for data manipulation, reporting, and analysis
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide insights and recommendations
Assist in the development of strategies to optimize network efficiency and effectiveness
Ensure accuracy and integrity of data across multiple sources
Manage multiple priorities and deliver results within tight deadlines
Requirements
2-3 years experience analyzing data and creating reports using Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts) and Access (queries, database management)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
Coursework or certifications in data analysis, database management, or network strategy
Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field; or equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
