Work closely and confidentially with the works council
Implement collective bargaining agreements, company agreements and legal requirements
Prepare and process labor and employment law documents
Contribute to the further development of operational HR processes and participate in HR projects
Requirements
Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration with an HR focus, (Business) Psychology or a comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in operational HR work, e.g., as an HR Business Partner, HR Specialist (Personalreferent) or HR Generalist (m/f/d)
Solid knowledge of labor law as well as experience working with the works council and collective bargaining agreements
Structured, independent and practical, hands-on working style
Strong communication skills, reliability, discretion and a confident appearance
