Role Overview

• Support analytical aspects of the application product life cycle
• Collaborate with customers on complex issues
• Create business cases and cost sheet analysis
• Analyze data to determine business problems and trends
• Create/execute test cases and provide root cause analysis
• Verify delivery of customer needs and ensure quality delivery
• Mentor Associate and Intermediate Business Systems Analysts
• Lead or participate in moderately complex projects

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related field
• 5
• 7 years in IS/IT
• 3
• 5 years in Lean/Six Sigma
• 3
• 5 years in the Health Insurance Industry

• 5 years in the Healthcare Industry

• 5 years of experience with IVR or chatbot technologies
