About this role

Manage, develop, and drive Synchrony’s Secured Installment product
Own the entire product development lifecycle
Translate customer insights into innovative product features
Define clear product requirements and user stories
Work with product technology, user experience designers, engineers, and data scientists
Drive cross-functional collaboration and alignment
Partner with marketing and sales teams for go-to-market plans
Manage and optimize product performance via KPIs and analytics
Engage with Compliance and Legal to ensure adherence to requirements
Lead cross-functional teams through project plans

Bachelor's Degree or high school diploma and 10 years marketing or product experience
Minimum of 6 years marketing or product expertise
Proven track record of launching new products
Ability to influence and coordinate multi-functional teams
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Ability and flexibility to travel for business as required
