Role Overview
Champion the development and execution of strategic sales plans.
Train and guide team members in solution-based sales approaches, targeting C-level decision-makers.
Maintain essential partnerships and engage with key stakeholders to drive business growth.
Innovate and identify new market opportunities within target sectors.
Uphold operational excellence with precise sales forecasting and CRM management.
Oversee the creation and maintenance of sales tools and operational resources for the team.
Requirements
A seasoned leader with at least 3 years in sales leadership.
5 years of enterprise sales in telecommunications, cloud, or managed IT solutions experience is required.
Strong track record in managing and developing team members to surpass multi-million-dollar sales targets.
Expertise in complex, multi-product solutions sales to top-tier customers.
Robust network of relationships and the capability to expand client bases effectively.
Proficient in modern sales platforms such as Salesforce, Hubspot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other data analytics dashboards.
Preferred: Deep knowledge in UCaaS, SIP Trunking, Managed SD-WAN, Cybersecurity, and Cloud Infrastructure services.
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Technology or a related field.
An MBA is a plus.
Demonstrable experience in channel/partner sales strategies.
