Oversee cross‑functional product development, ensuring requirements for quality, cost, design, sustainability, and operational readiness are embedded throughout the development process
Drive Portfolio/Product growth and profitability: Manage overall growth and profitability of the portfolio by driving VA/VE/Cost reduction initiatives with Operations, sourcing, pricing and regional teams
Lead impactful go‑to‑market execution, partnering with regional teams on positioning, launch strategies, customer engagement, channel strategy, sales enablement, and training
Act as the primary liaison across internal stakeholders, ensuring strong collaboration between operations, sourcing, marketing, regions, service, and legal teams throughout the product lifecycle
Requirements
University degree in Technical or Commercial field
Extensive experience leading global product lines, portfolios, or solution strategies in a complex, international organization
Solid track record in guiding products through the full lifecycle, from insights and concepting to development, launch, optimization, and phase‑out
Strong understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive landscapes, with the ability to translate insights into impactful decisions
Experience collaborating with operations, sourcing, service, and R&D teams to deliver quality, cost, and design outcomes
