Role Overview
- Own Polariton’s product strategy and lifecycle for optical transceiver engines
- Define and evolve the product vision and roadmap
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle from concept through development
- Continuously analyze industry trends and customer roadmaps
- Develop compelling technical documentation and product collateral
Requirements
- 7+ years in product management or product leadership
- Proven track record in defining and executing product strategies
- Deep technical understanding and hands-on experience with integrated photonics
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering, Physics, or related field; MBA preferred
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a balance of strategic vision and operational execution
