Role Overview
- Support product feature development, system enhancements, and cross-platform integrations across multiple SaaS environments
- Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements through stakeholder engagement
- Translate business needs into clear functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Define user flows, business rules, validation logic, and system behaviors
- Document workflows, integrations, and system dependencies
- Support data field mapping and API documentation as required
- Participate in sprint planning and backlog refinement
- Partner with engineering teams to proactively resolve ambiguity prior to development
- Maintain organized and version-controlled documentation standards
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Analyst
- Demonstrated experience working with software development teams
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience documenting workflows, system requirements, and integrations
- Familiarity with SaaS or web-based platforms
- Ability to operate independently and manage priorities effectively
- Experience in healthcare, operational systems, or service-based platforms (preferred)
- Experience collaborating with distributed or offshore teams (preferred)
- Exposure to API integrations or technical documentation practices (preferred)
