Requirements
Advanced Degree plus 6 years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree plus 8 years of experience in IT with 3+ years in people management/leadership roles
Preferred Fields of Study: Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related field
Industry certifications (ITIL, PMP, Agile, etc.) highly valued
Strong expertise in IT infrastructure, systems architecture, enterprise applications and supply chain management
Demonstrated success managing IT projects and leading digital transformation initiatives
Experience working in regulated environments (GxP, FDA, etc.) and ensuring compliance
Advanced knowledge of ITIL processes, IT security best practices, and risk management
Excellent stakeholder management and ability to build partnerships across functions
Strong budget management and resource planning capabilities
Demonstrated ability to lead distributed teams
Outstanding communication and presentation skills
Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure) and modern IT architectures
Change management expertise and ability to drive organizational transformation
Proficiency with SDLC methodologies (Agile, DevOps)
