Role Overview
- Maintain infrastructure for high-availability, scalable, enterprise-grade applications
- Plan and document cloud hosting systems
- Build and test cloud resources
- Troubleshoot system hardware, software, networks, and operating systems
- Protect the integrity and security of systems
- Maintain system performance through monitoring and analysis
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS)
- Advanced to fluent English communication skills
- Familiarity with Linux system administration
- Experience with scripting languages (Python and Shell preferred)
- Deep knowledge of TCP/IP and HTTP protocols
- Experience with web accelerators, load balancers, reverse proxies, and CDNs
- Customer-oriented with strong communication skills
- Willingness to participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation
