About this role
Role Overview
Act as the primary executive contact for adjoe’s most strategic partners.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with C-level executives at the top 100 gaming and non-gaming "whales" in GCR.
Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy tailored to the GCR ecosystem.
Full accountability for the GCR demand business P&L.
Oversee daily sales operations, pipeline hygiene, and team KPIs to ensure revenue targets are met.
Act as the "Voice of GCR" for the Product team.
Partner with the Marketing team to elevate adjoe’s brand.
Lead, mentor, and scale the GCR Demand Sales team.
Requirements
10+ years in AdTech/Mobile UA, with a deep understanding of the GCR export market.
4+ years of experience in people management and managing complex P&L structures.
Proven track record of building trust and closing deals with C-suite stakeholders at major mobile publishers.
Fluent in both Mandarin and English (essential for collaboration with global offices).
Ability to translate market trends into actionable product requirements and business growth.
