About this role
Role Overview
Primary point of contact for (potential) SMB customers
Support customers throughout the entire customer journey
Advise and assist in using the platform to manage online reputation
Handle customer inquiries across various communication channels
Work closely with internal teams such as Accounting, Product Management, Marketing and Sales
Develop tailored solutions based on individual requirements
Requirements
Strong understanding of customer-oriented communication
Solution-oriented, structured and reliable working style
Enjoy engaging with customers actively across different channels
Constructive approach to feedback
Excellent German and good English, both written and spoken
Ideally some initial experience in customer-facing roles, customer service or dialog marketing
Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) is a plus
