About this role
Role Overview
- Strategic planning, implementation and continuous development of our influencer marketing campaigns
- Identification, selection and long-term development of partnerships with suitable influencers & creators
- Independent negotiation of terms and contract management
- Briefing, coordination and support of influencers throughout the entire campaign period
- Analysis, evaluation and reporting of campaign performance (KPIs, ROI, learnings)
- Close collaboration with Social Media, Brand and Performance Marketing teams
- Monitoring trends, platform updates and best practices in influencer marketing
Requirements
- Several years of professional experience in influencer marketing or social media marketing
- Strong understanding of platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube & others
- Experience with influencer marketing platforms and analytics tools
- A keen sense for brands, target audiences and storytelling
- Confident negotiator, organized and able to work independently
- Strong communication skills, creativity and a high level of responsibility
