You will be responsible for the strategy, roadmap and delivery of our core products (Evalion platform, appraisal CRM, internal tools).
You will refine our long-term product vision and develop a clear product strategy for the DACH market — focusing on differentiation, scalability and technological leadership.
You will design new products and MVPs based on market, customer and process insights.
You will consolidate existing standalone solutions into an integrated, scalable platform and define clear system logic, interfaces and ownership.
You will build a reliable data foundation (tracking, KPIs, reporting) and create transparency for data-driven decisions.
You will translate business and user requirements into clear priorities — focusing on revenue levers, automation, quality and scalability.
You will lead our remote engineering team, establish productive rituals and work closely with executive management, operations and sales.
Requirements
Several years of experience in Product Management / Product Ownership (discovery, prioritization, delivery)
Technical understanding (APIs, data models, system logic)
Ability to collaborate with engineers on an equal footing
Analytical thinking: you define KPIs, implement tracking accurately and use data as the basis for decisions
Interest in or initial experience with AI, automation or data-driven product development
Leadership skills and a desire to build an ownership culture in a remote setup
Clear and structured communication in German & English
