About this role
Role Overview
As a Sales Development Representative, you are the first point of contact for our leads
Use innovative outreach to successfully bring our energy solutions to market
Proactively engage with your leads and identify objections and questions
Develop targeted strategies for lead generation
Create growth channels by identifying market opportunities
Maintain and structure the sales pipeline using HubSpot CRM, Cognism and Calltime
Be part of a dedicated collaboration between Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Product teams
Requirements
Enjoy quickly making new contacts and building lasting relationships
Ideally have knowledge or experience in the Human Resources (HR) sector
Strong business development mindset, coupled with passion and curiosity
Comfortable with a self-organized and agile way of working
Creativity and strategic thinking
Proven experience in a similar environment (e.g., startup)
Experience selling B2B products is a plus
High level of commitment and ability to work independently
Excellent German and English skills (minimum C1 level)
