Senior Manager, Enterprise Risk

Role Overview

• Be a key strategic leader, driving continuous improvement in risk maturity, culture and performance for Transport for NSW
• lead the design and implementation of TfNSW’s enterprise risk standards, systems, reporting, and practices
• drive innovation and deliver high profile programs around risk appetite, culture and capability
• lead a small, high-performing team and partner with the Enterprise Assurance team and other 2nd line functions
• drive collaboration across senior leaders and stakeholders, influence decision-making at the executive level, and secure buy-in for critical risk initiatives in a dynamic and challenging environment

Requirements

• extensive experience in enterprise risk management or a related field in a large and complex organisation
• relevant tertiary qualifications and professional certifications (CPA, RMIA, IIA) will be highly regarded
