Role Overview
- Manage and supervise Compounding and PI operations
- Oversee the production process and develop production schedules
- Monitor product standards and implement quality control programs
- Collaborate with relevant departments to resolve issues
- Develop and implement training plans for team members
- Drive continuous improvement in production processes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial) or a related discipline
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in production/manufacturing within the latex industry
- Familiarity with ISO management systems, GMP, Lean Manufacturing, and TPM
- Strong technical knowledge and confidence in decision-making
- Project management, organizational, and efficiency skills
- Leadership and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Power BI
