About this role

Product Ownership of Customer Onboarding across digital and traditional channels
Design, optimize, and continuously improve onboarding flows for different customer segments
Ensure smooth integration with Core Banking Systems (CBS)
Align onboarding processes with AML, KYC, and compliance requirements
Implement identity verification and digital onboarding solutions
Continuously improve conversion, speed, and customer satisfaction
Act as the bridge between business, compliance, and IT
Prepare detailed requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Lead integrations with Core Banking Systems (Probanx or similar)
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new releases
Ensure onboarding is secure, compliant, and scalable

2+ years of experience as Product Owner or Product Manager in banking or fintech
Strong understanding of end-to-end onboarding processes
Hands-on experience with Core Banking Systems (Probanx or similar)
Experience integrating APIs and working with technical teams
Experience implementing AML/KYC processes
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
