You will assume responsibility for strategic planning and execution of advertising and campaign activities for GROHE Europe across media channels in close alignment with relevant internal and external stakeholder
You will strengthen the team by concepting consumer journeys for activation campaigns and by creating integrated advertising concepts such as display banners and social ads with further channels like OOH, Print and ATV/CTV
You are responsible for the implementation of all offline and digital activation campaigns (e.g., print, OOH, digital, content distribution) including forecasting, cost planning and controlling and in close alignment with all relevant stakeholders
You will steer external agencies and be single point of contact to the media agencies to ensure adequate execution of campaigns and activities and challenge them regarding a continuous optimization of all media campaigns (e.g., scale effects, KPI achievements)
You will manage in-house stakeholder for multichannel advertising activities
Your role will play a pivotal role in the planning, execution and tracking of advertising and campaign activities for GROHE Europe and include the consulting, training and support of the markets and teams regarding multichannel media activities
You will support the Company regarding Marketing activation related decisions by providing data driven approach and KPI based proposal
You will create and utilize performance reports and campaign potential analysis on a regular basis for all conducted activation campaigns
You will identify new optimization possibilities regarding relevant touchpoints and endorser needs by using internal and external generated insights (close alignment with market research)
Requirements
Minimum of 3+ years of professional experience in holistic or digital focused marketing
University degree in business administration, marketing, communications or similar
Structured method of working and good project management skills
Hands-on solution focused mentality and strong communication skills
Very good understanding of business and media KPIs, solution oriented and able to present complex data in a way that is easy to understand
Fluency in English & (written and spoken) is required, German is a plus
High level of proficiency in Google Workspace (Google Slides, Google Sheets) or equivalent
Proficiency of tools like Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Tableau are welcome.
