Planning, coordinating, and monitoring internal and external system tests for optoelectronic and optomechanical systems
Aligning test activities with system integrators, developers, and other project stakeholders
Preparing verification criteria, test plans, and test specifications in line with functional requirements
Maintaining, managing, and documenting test results in the Polarion database system
Responsible for the on-time execution and evaluation of all test phases
Analyzing test results, preparing defect reports, and following up on corrective actions
Organizing and moderating test reviews and acceptance procedures
Requirements
Successfully completed degree in computer science, electrical engineering, physics, or a comparable field
Several years of experience (at least 6 years) in system testing, test coordination, or test management in the automotive supplier industry, preferably for optoelectronic systems
Solid knowledge of testing methods, test planning, and test execution
Experience with test management and ALM tools, particularly Polarion
Very good German (C1) and English (B2) skills, both written and spoken
Required: experience coordinating internal and external test activities
Strong expertise in creating test cases and executing system tests
Knowledge of common automotive development processes (e.g., ASPICE, V-model)
Desirable: ISTQB Certified Test Manager or a comparable certification
Experience with functional safety according to ISO 26262
Experience developing test environments, including test hardware
Experience with some of the following tools: DOORS, JIRA, GIT, Redmine, Q-Wiki, Confluence, Enterprise Architect, Microsoft Excel, Codebeamer
