Develop and implement enterprise-wide third-party risk management strategies and frameworks.
Support special audits in audit-related advisory engagements.
Review risk assessments, assist with due diligence processes, monitor ongoing contracts, and support contract termination activities.
Build and maintain client relationships and develop new business opportunities, including preparing proposals.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices—particularly regarding contractual agreements.
Assume independent (partial) project responsibility at the Senior Consultant level after onboarding, lead and mentor teams, and promote innovation and continuous improvement.
Design, deliver, and facilitate seminars and workshops, and support publications on compliance topics.
Requirements
University degree (e.g., law, business law) and ideally a certification as an Information Security Officer or an equivalent qualification.
Several years of professional and project experience, preferably in external consulting in information security, governance, data protection, compliance, or risk management.
Interest in providing direct advisory services at department and executive levels.
Ideally some (partial) project management and/or leadership experience (relevant from the Senior Consultant role onwards).
Excellent communication skills, business-fluent German and fluent English.
