Role Overview
- Drive enterprise-wide adoption of a data-driven Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) program
- Develop and deliver executive-level reporting and presentations for senior leadership
- Integrate risk across Governance, Risk, and Compliance functions
- Lead dynamic enterprise risk assessments and continuous monitoring processes
- Champion a strong global risk culture, partnering with business and functional leaders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree AND a minimum of 10 years of relevant risk management experience and 7+ years of managerial experience, OR advanced degree with 8 years of relevant risk management experience and 7+ years of managerial experience
- Minimum 10 years of experience in relevant risk management
- Minimum 7 years of managerial experience
- Exceptional communication and influencing skills
- Proven ability to present analytics and strategy to executive audiences
- Deep knowledge of risk frameworks and regulatory environments (e.g., COSO ERM, SOX)
- Experience integrating Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) processes
- Mindset of continuous process improvement and innovation
