Integrate risk across Governance, Risk, and Compliance functions
Lead dynamic enterprise risk assessments and continuous monitoring processes
Champion a strong global risk culture, partnering with business and functional leaders
Requirements
Bachelor's degree AND a minimum of 10 years of relevant risk management experience and 7+ years of managerial experience, OR advanced degree with 8 years of relevant risk management experience and 7+ years of managerial experience
Minimum 10 years of experience in relevant risk management
Minimum 7 years of managerial experience
Exceptional communication and influencing skills
Proven ability to present analytics and strategy to executive audiences
Deep knowledge of risk frameworks and regulatory environments (e.g., COSO ERM, SOX)
Experience integrating Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) processes
