Consistently and correctly apply an existing design system to create consistent and user-friendly UI designs
Independently create design components outside the existing design system when new requirements arise
Conduct UX research methods such as interviews, usability tests, or surveys to validate user needs
Additionally take on tasks from the field of business analysis to understand and document requirements precisely
Work within SAFe and Scrum frameworks, plan and track tasks, and communicate progress transparently within the team
Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure designs are technically feasible and meet business requirements
Share your knowledge with clients and colleagues and support the planning and facilitation of workshops
Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and design standards to steadily increase the usability and efficiency of our tools
Actively contribute to the strategic, organizational, and content-related development of the subject area
Requirements
Degree in UX Design, Media Informatics, Human-Computer Interaction, Business Psychology, or a comparable qualification
Initial practical experience in UX design, e.g., through internships, working student positions, or personal projects
Experience with common design and prototyping tools such as Figma or equivalent tools
Basic understanding of usability principles and user-centered design
Ability to analyze requirements and translate them into clear design solutions
Strong communication skills and a preference for teamwork, especially with developers and business analysts
Structured and open to agile methods (Scrum, SAFe)
German language skills of at least C1 level and English language skills of at least B2 level
