Conceptualizing, implementing and continuously optimizing online marketing campaigns across the entire sales funnel (Awareness → Lead Nurturing → Conversion)
Expanding and managing paid social campaigns (especially LinkedIn) based on ICP, hook, dream outcome, proof & CTA (in line with our existing strategy)
Developing politically clear, precise messages for different stakeholder groups
Responsibility for the digital positioning of the new briefing
Creating and optimizing landing pages, newsletter flows and social media assets for lead generation
Editing and sending politically relevant newsletters, product updates and nurturing sequences
A/B testing of subject lines, creatives, claims and hooks
Sparring partner for Sales and Editorial — translating strategic goals into digital measures
Monitoring relevant marketing and communications KPIs
Observing digital trends in political communication, martech and social media

At least 2 years of experience in digital B2B marketing, ideally in political, governmental or association-related environments
Experience with paid social, CRM (e.g. Salesforce), newsletter tools and audience-specific stakeholder communication
Strong understanding of political processes
Preferably experience in security, defense or industrial communication
Confident digital storytelling, analytical thinking and creative idea generation
Team-oriented, communicative and skilled at articulating complex content clearly
