Hello Teams is a fast-growing Microsoft Teams Calling provider expanding internationally. They are seeking a commercially driven Growth Marketing Manager to lead demand generation across multiple markets, focusing on marketing execution that drives pipeline and revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Drive qualified pipeline growth across AU, US and EU markets
- Own marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced revenue targets
- Build and optimise multi-channel campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, email, events, partnerships)
- Improve conversion rates across funnel stages
- Continuously test messaging and positioning based on real sales feedback
- Attend key customer meetings and tag alongside the sales team
- Participate in enterprise deal cycles to understand how the product is positioned and sold
- Translate real customer objections, insights and language into stronger marketing campaigns
- Work closely with BDMs to refine messaging and vertical positioning
- Attend relevant industry and Microsoft ecosystem events (particularly in the US and EU)
- Support stand presence, partner meetings and ecosystem engagement
- Represent Hello Teams professionally in market-facing environments
- Help build brand credibility through direct engagement
- Adapt campaigns by geography (US vs AU vs Germany)
- Support localisation strategies as we expand
- Allocate marketing spend by region based on ROI and opportunity
- Support Microsoft ecosystem and partner-led growth initiatives
- Develop partner-facing collateral and enablement campaigns
- Coordinate joint campaigns and ecosystem-driven growth plays
- Manage external agencies (SEO, paid media, content)
- Hold partners accountable to performance metrics
- Optimise spend efficiency and attribution clarity
- Own marketing metrics dashboard
- Track CAC, CPL, conversion rates and attribution
- Report pipeline impact monthly to leadership
- Focus on revenue impact, not vanity metrics
Requirements:
- 5–10+ years in B2B technology, SaaS, cloud or telco marketing
- Proven track record driving measurable pipeline growth
- Experience managing agencies and performance budgets
- Comfortable operating in a scale-up environment
- Execution-first operator
- Commercially driven and ROI-focused
- Comfortable being in front of customers and attending events
- Confident collaborating closely with sales teams
- Data-driven decision maker
- Self-starter who doesn't wait for instructions
- Experience marketing to IT decision-makers (CIO / IT Director level preferred)
- Experience in Microsoft ecosystem or channel marketing
- Experience in US market marketing dynamics
- Experience supporting European expansion
