As the Senior Campaign Marketing Manager, you will lead the development and execution of integrated campaigns, collaborating with various teams to support revenue goals and enhance campaign performance.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of multi-channel integrated campaigns aross email, paid media, events, content, webinars, and ABM
- Partner with Product Marketing to translate messaging and positioning into compelling campaign themes and assets
- Collaborate with Marketing Operations to build scalable, measurable campaign frameworks and reporting
- Work closely with Marketing and Sales Leadership to align campaigns with pipeline goals and enable effective follow-up
- Own campaign timelines, briefs, costs, expectations, ROI, and project management from kickoff through launch and optimization
- Develop campaign segments, targets, channels, personalization, sales communication, and workflows
- Analyze performance and continuously improve based on engagement, conversion, and pipeline impact including A/B testing
- Manage campaign calendars and ensure alignment across marketing initiatives
- Test new ideas, channels, and formats to drive growth and innovation
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in B2B demand generation marketing
- Proven experience owning integrated, multi-channel campaigns from concept through execution and reporting
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with Product Marketing, Sales, and Marketing Ops
- Data-driven mindset with experience measuring and optimizing campaign performance
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution
- Acumen with marketing automation and CRM platforms (Marketo, Salesforce, or similar)
- SaaS or data/analytics experience preferred
- Experience leveraging AI-powered tools to streamline workflows, expedite and enhance campaign execution, and drive data-informed decisions
