Motor Vehicle Insurance Advisor – Industry & Commercial, Internal Office

Role Overview

• Manage the individual motor vehicle insurance needs of our clients in the industrial and commercial sectors
• Identify and recommend appropriate motor vehicle insurance solutions
• Negotiate on behalf of our clients with service providers, insurers and loss adjusters/experts
• Handle tenders/RFPs, collections, claims processing, policy documentation and data maintenance
• Support the field sales team in business development and assist with the preparation and follow-up of annual review meetings

Requirements

• Completed vocational training as an Insurance and Financial Services Clerk (m/f/d), a relevant university degree or an equivalent qualification
• Knowledge and experience in motor vehicle insurance
• Ideally, experience with large fleet insurance
• Strong customer-service orientation and enjoyment of close client relationships
• Comfortable working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment and fitting in with our family-like company culture
