Role Overview
- Manage the individual insurance needs of domestic and international industry and commercial clients
- Identify suitable insurance solutions nationally and internationally
- Negotiate on behalf of clients with service providers, insurers and experts
- Daily tasks include tenders, collections, claims handling, contract preparation and data maintenance
- Develop concepts and national and international insurance solutions that meet customer requirements
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as an insurance and financial services clerk or a relevant university degree or equivalent
- Excellent command of English
- Proven professional experience in the international insurance sector
- Passion for client service and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction
- Comfortable with a collaborative team spirit and our family-style work environment
