Role Overview
- Assess the individual insurance needs of our clients in the industrial and commercial sectors
- Find suitable insurance solutions for each industry
- Negotiate on behalf of our clients with service providers, insurers and experts
- Handle tenders, collections, claims processing, contract preparation and data maintenance
Requirements
- Completed training as an Insurance and Financial Services Clerk, a relevant university degree, or a comparable qualification
- A passion for customer service and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction
- Comfortable contributing to a team-oriented, family-like working environment
