About this role
Role Overview
- Work with the Design Manager to develop and prepare store retail layout & fitout concept design packages for new developments and refurbishments of existing stores.
- Collaborate with key project stakeholders across the business to ensure design outcomes align with broader initiative, strategic goals, objectives and best practice delivery.
- Actively monitor and audit consultants and suppliers design and construction documentation packages throughout the delivery stages of the project.
- Assist with forecasting project timeframes for new developments and refurbishment of existing stores from concept design to construction and site administration.
- Lead, manage, develop and prepare concept design documentation packages in Autodesk Revit.
Requirements
- Diploma in Architecture or a related field
- AutoCAD design skills and Revit experience preferred
- Extensive experience using CAD Applications
- Working knowledge of all Microsoft Office Programmes
- Proven ability to prepare design alternatives and present these to key stakeholders
- Detailed working knowledge of applicable legislation
