Work with the Design Manager to develop and prepare store retail layout & fitout concept design packages for new developments and refurbishments of existing stores.
Collaborate with key project stakeholders across the business to ensure design outcomes align with broader initiative, strategic goals, objectives and best practice delivery.
Actively monitor and audit consultants and suppliers design and construction documentation packages throughout the delivery stages of the project.
Assist with forecasting project timeframes for new developments and refurbishment of existing stores from concept design to construction and site administration.
Lead, manage, develop and prepare concept design documentation packages in Autodesk Revit.
Requirements
Diploma in Architecture or a related field
AutoCAD design skills and Revit experience preferred
Extensive experience using CAD Applications
Working knowledge of all Microsoft Office Programmes
Proven ability to prepare design alternatives and present these to key stakeholders
Detailed working knowledge of applicable legislation
