Design law firm-facing portals that give partners real visibility and control over their cases.
Shape client experiences that make a complicated legal process feel clear and navigable.
Define how Finch shows up publicly — brand, marketing site, and visual identity.
Establish our earliest design system, creating a shared language of quality across product, design, and engineering.

4+ years as a founding or sole designer, or 7+ years in a senior/lead design role with broad ownership
A portfolio that demonstrates strong product design, systems thinking, and visual craft — ideally across complex workflows
Proven ability to operate in 0→1 environments where the brief is rarely complete
Ability to work across product, brand, and visual design without a dedicated team around you
Experience designing for operations-heavy or workflow-driven B2B products (nice-to-have)
Familiarity with AI surface design — particularly where trust, clarity, and error states matter (nice-to-have)
Prior experience building or contributing to a design system from the ground up (nice-to-have)
