Role Overview
- Professional care of chronic and/or hard-to-heal wounds
- Digital wound documentation
- Advising, supporting and educating patients and their relatives
- Close collaboration with other parties involved in wound care to ensure optimal patient treatment
- Managing prescriptions and supply coordination
- Maintaining and expanding the existing client base
- Ensuring compliance with legal requirements and guidelines
Requirements
- State-recognized qualification as a registered nurse, pediatric nurse, geriatric nurse, or licensed nursing professional
- Professional experience in wound care is an advantage but not required
- Completed further training as a wound specialist or willingness to undertake such training
- Strong communication skills and a good understanding of patients' needs
- Reliable and responsible work ethic
- Driving license (Class B)
