Customer Care Representative

Role Overview

• Supporting farmers and customers via our telephone hotline and by email
• Supporting the maintenance of the information platform for sector and project measures
• Verifying the implementation of technical guidelines

Requirements

• Experience in customer care / hotline support
• Passion for customer contact and strong service orientation
• Tech affinity; knowledge of Jira and Confluence
• Preferably experience working with CMS systems
• Team player with a sense of responsibility
• Ability to work independently and reliably
• Willingness to work shifts between 06:00 and 22:00, and until 20:00 on Fridays (rotating early and late shifts)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German
