Scale teams across either warehousing distribution (casual workforce of warehouse operators) or retail recruitment (Permanent Store Manager and 2IC positions)
Partner with Talent Acquisition and Hiring Managers across multiple brands to deliver end-to-end recruitment for: Retail leadership roles: Store Managers & Assistant Store Managers for new store openings
Volume recruitment: High-intake casuals for our warehouse and distribution environments
Talent sourcing & pipeline development across retail and warehousing talent pools
Headhunting using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing channels
Candidate management from screening through to offer stages
Requirements
Proven experience recruiting in retail and/or distribution/warehouse environments
Confidence using LinkedIn for proactive sourcing and headhunting (for retail)
Experience in high-volume or new store opening recruitment cycles
Strong communication skills and the ability to manage stakeholders across multiple brands
A self-driven, flexible approach — you’re comfortable working autonomously and managing fluctuating workloads
A passion for people and an ability to spot great talent quickly
