Customer acquisition and retention: Develop and expand long-term customer relationships and actively identify and win new commercial customers within the sales territory.
Sales planning and budget responsibility: Responsible for planning, implementing and achieving the regional sales budget to ensure sales targets are met.
Project and proposal management: Manage and close sales projects, including quotation/proposal costing, follow-up, and actions to strengthen customer loyalty.
Contract and recovery management: Conduct churn analyses, develop win-back strategies, and prepare and monitor contracts, including action planning in case of deviations.
Complaint management and customer satisfaction: Ensure customer satisfaction through professional handling of feedback and complaints.
Sales reporting and external representation: Prepare sales reports and analyses to steer sales activities and represent the company at trade fairs and events.
Requirements
Some professional experience in sales, ideally in the B2B sector
Knowledge of the food or beverage industry, or equivalent specialist knowledge in this area, is essential
Confident use of common MS Office applications and experience with an ERP system
Very good German and English skills are required
High willingness to travel is required
