Role Overview
- You will independently manage our customers by telephone and provide advisory support
- Prepare quotes and follow up to secure orders
- Handle incoming complaints and returns and ensure smooth processing
- Collaborate with colleagues from field sales
Requirements
- Enthusiasm for sales
- Empathy and a solution-oriented approach, especially when handling complaints
- Independent, transparent and goal-oriented working style
- Ideally, some initial experience in inside sales
