Requirements
Experience in customer service design and with software solutions for customer experience
Basic knowledge of software development and system integration
Experience with project estimation, project management and sales processes
Familiar with digital customer touchpoints (messaging apps, chat, etc.)
Technology know-how in Genesys Cloud / Genesys Engage is a plus
Strong presentation and facilitation skills; high consulting competence
Fluent German and English (business/professional proficiency)
Commercial and process-oriented thinking; clear, structured argumentation
