Lead development of innovative solutions that accelerate growth EXL’s insurance business by integrating EXL’s Data and AI capabilities with partner offerings
Manage onboarding activities such as InfoSec, Data Privacy, and Cyber Security reviews
Provide architectural guidance and lead creation of solution demos and marketing assets
Drive seamless delivery of POCs and implementations

5+ years of overall experience including 2+ years of consulting experience in process consulting/process re-engineering
Excellent education pedigree
BE / BTech in Computer Science, Electrical / Electronics, or related from a Tier 1 institute.
MBA preferred but not essential
Exposure to Cloud Technologies, Architecture and Security reviews is a must have
Knowledge of Design Thinking, Six-Sigma and Agile Methodologies
Experience in Insurance domain is a must have
Thinks “outside the box” and develops creative solutions to complex technical and business problems
Experience of packaging and showcasing capabilities and solutions, especially to senior business leaders
Evidence of problem-solving analytical mindset and comfort with business ambiguity
Excellent oral communication and presentation skills
Superior written communication skills
