You manage and develop our top customers in close coordination with the Account Manager.
You ensure smooth quotation preparation and processing, route inquiries and coordinate all internal departments for complex projects.
You proactively support the preparation, implementation and monitoring of customer-specific agreements (e.g. framework agreements, delivery concepts), oversee their execution and intervene actively in case of disruptions.
You process customer orders and resolve open issues.
You work closely with Account Managers and internal departments (Technical, Logistics, Tendering team, etc.) to ensure a consistent customer approach ("One Voice to the Customer") and smooth order processing.
You support potential/opportunity analyses and contribute to the creation and implementation of customer-specific development plans.
You maintain sales-relevant data in the ERP and CRM systems and regularly report defined KPIs to the team leader and Account Managers.
Requirements
Completed commercial or technical vocational training and approx. 3 years of experience in sales – ideally in a trading company or a similar environment.
Confident use of ERP/CRM systems and MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong process and system understanding.
Strong skills in needs analysis, consultative advice and in building long-term customer relationships.
Team orientation, coordination skills and a solution-oriented working style.
Hands-on mentality and the ability to solve challenges independently.
