Create, develop, and execute digital campaign strategies to achieve campaign objectives and target audiences;
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creation, design, insight & analytics, and campaign partners, to execute integrated digital campaigns, and develop and execute digital marketing activities;
Conduct audience research and segmentation to ensure targeted messaging and effective campaign reach;
Participate in regular planning and strategy meetings with colleagues and campaign partners to align work with communications, mobilisation, and campaigning objectives;
Oversee reporting and data analysis on behalf of the campaign team, working with the Insights & Analysis team;
Lead an influencer program for South Korea, working with other partners.****
Content Creation and Management
Create, source and manage written and visual content in Korean to engage target audiences with campaign messages;
Identify and collaborate with content creators and/or digital influencers to strengthen narratives that amplify climate and energy issues;
Develop engaging content for various digital channels such as social media, websites, blogs, and email campaigns;
Manage content calendars and schedules to ensure consistent and timely delivery of content across platforms.
Digital Advertising and social media management
Assist in setting up, executing, and optimising digital advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc;
Manage campaign content across various digital platforms, including social media, email, websites, and digital advertising channels;
Handle social media accounts, including content posting, community engagement, audience interaction and responding to comments and messages;
Monitor social media trends and conversations, identify opportunities for engagement, particularly in Korea, and integrate them into campaigns and projects where appropriate.
Partner outreach and strategy development
Acquire a strong understanding of campaigning strategies and plans of network colleagues and campaign partners;
Co-create digital strategies and campaign plans with various internal and external stakeholders;
Support the implementation and evaluation of campaign plans.

Requirements
More than 5 years of professional experience in strategic digital communications, journalism, project management, or other relevant fields;
Can-do attitude, proactive approach, productivity, and willingness to work hard are key;
A team player and a natural collaborator with a passion for excellence;
Ability to work independently with a little supervision;
Excellent communication and language skills, both written and verbal is essential, and English fluency is preferred;
A commitment to an inclusive and empowering approach to climate and energy issues;
Regional knowledge: an understanding of the political, economic, and social dynamics of South Korea and the Southeast Asia region;
Proactive attitude with a growth mindset along with a readiness to travel and adapt to unusual working hours as needed;
The versatility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced work setting that involves different time zones and communication methods, with previous experience working in a remote and global environment;
The versatile and adaptable skills necessary to flourish in a fast-paced and wide-ranging work environment and work across time zones using tools such as Zoom, Slack and email (Google Workspace);
