Understand infrastructures and ensure their reliability
Support environments in the areas of Windows Server, Active Directory, network & LAN
Configure, maintain and monitor firewalls, routers, switches, etc.
Analyze and resolve incidents — remotely or on-site — with an eye for the big picture
Build and maintain scalable, secure infrastructures for customers
Secure, automate and modernize systems
Set up and maintain backup and security solutions (e.g., Nakivo, Arcserve, Hornet Security)
Contribute to the further development of existing environments
Support process automation (e.g., with PowerShell)
Create and maintain technical documentation in our system
Work independently, in a structured and solution-oriented way
Independently manage projects in infrastructure and networking
Coordinate technically with colleagues and customers — on equal terms
Proactively contribute ideas to optimize internal and external IT processes

Completed IT training (e.g., IT specialist in system integration) or an equivalent qualification
At least one year of professional experience in IT support or system administration — preferably more
Solid knowledge of Windows server environments, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP
Experience with LAN/WAN, switching, routing and ideally firewall configuration
Structured working style, sense of responsibility, strong customer orientation and ability to work independently
Experience with virtualization (Hyper-V, VMware), Microsoft 365 and scripting
Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
