Role Overview
- Individual care of residents according to the nursing concept
- Support for ventilated residents in their daily lives
- Monitoring of vital signs through intensive clinical observation
- Organizing and carrying out nursing interventions with attention to the resident's health status
- Educating residents and involving family members
Requirements
- Completed training as a qualified nurse (m/f/d) in geriatric, pediatric, or health and nursing care
- Qualifications in intensive care (optional)
- Willingness to work as part of a team and a positive attitude
